And i don't mean religious faith, although it can be faith in something bigger than yourself, I actually mean the internal faith, whereby you listen to your intuition (inner guidance system) and follow it no matter how crazy it might seem to others.

Sometimes you won't take the path that society believes you should and this can cause issues within your family, friends or workmates. Believing in yourself is about knowing that you will be OK regardless of who is with you in the next chapter.

Synchronicities are not just coincidences meant to surprise and delight, rather they are strategically orchestrated messages to provide guidance and reassurance we are on the right path.

Sleep Well

The body requires a certain amount of rest to prepare the body to be in a healthy condition. If you are constantly in pain or your thought patterns are scattered, it makes it harder to receive the intuitive messages, so get a good night sleep each night and try to stick to a similar bedtime routine if you can.

Nutrition and Exercise Balance

Another way to keep the body healthy and as a clear channel is to maintain the 'in and out' balance with the food you 'intake' and the exercise you 'output'. Intuitive flow is about giving and receiving of energies and the more you learn to balance this flow in all areas of your life, the more these messages flow.

Meditate

Time to stop. Let your thoughts meander and find their place within you. No need to have control in this moment, it is all about surrendering into the moment. The more you try to control it, the harder it becomes - the same as when following intuition, you need to be able to surrender into it.

Healing Trauma

When trauma takes over the body and brain it interrupts the nervous system and can make daily life challenging with PTSD and increased anxiety, both of which can interrupt your intuition. It is hard to release and surrender when you are stuck in the fight and flight reaction. Strong breathe allows us to really live in the moment. When we can control our breathing and stop between the in and out breathes we are able to step into a different zone, the space between. Earlier I said about balance the in and out flow, this is like an extra step into 'nothingness' where all time and space lives yet is rarely visited.

Deep Listening

Learn to better listen to others and you will learn to listen better to yourself. We learn a lot from our social connections in the world and they can be really important to learn about ourselves. When we meet someone new, we actually can self analyse how we represent ourselves to check in whether we are coming from generational and social conditioning or whether we are living our lives as who we want to be.

Once you have everything else feeling solid, you can utilise the tools within crystals such as clear quartz and selenite to 'boost' the intuitive frequencies to better hear the messages.
