I don't believe anyone ever truly reaches their full potential more that we are ever evolving and what I do know is that humans have the deep capacity to achieve amazing feats physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,
We don't have to be a product of our past traumas as we are constantly changing and adapting to our environment and learning in new ways, we have choice and power to change.
Having been to the darkest depths of despair and also reaching to ecstatic highs and achievements, I like to think we become more complex and interesting the more we have experienced in our journey of life.
Like a small seed, we all need a little love and
sunshine to reach up and out of the earth
